Lee served in the Royal Air Force for over 13 years, working in logistics around the globe in support of UK defence. Having always had an entrepreneurial mindset, he has successfully set up various small businesses alongside his career, and is a firm believer in having multiple streams of income.

After learning many hard, costly lessons, he turned to DBM for education. Taking the bull by the horns he founded his own education business 'Bluegrass Training Ltd' and has gained a loyal following. Known for his ability to explain complex subjects in an easy-to-understand way, he ensures his workshops are always fun and packed with value. Now fully self-employed, Lee’s next mission in life is to show that being fully reliant on a job is outdated, and demonstrate through his own experience; an alternative.
